Ingredients:
500g uncooked prawn
6 cups hot water
100g tom yam goong paste
100g slicedbrown mushroom
2 cups chopped chinese cabbage
150g chopped firm tofu
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
4 green onions,diced
2 tablespoons coriander leaves
Method:
Bring water to boil, add noodles, simmer uncovered 2 minutes.
Add soup flavor 100g,,prawn and mushroom.
Stir cabbage,tofu,soy sauce,fish sauce andlime juice.
Last addonion and coriander leaves.
